Facebook allows you to organize your photos, videos, and files if you form a Facebook group. You just need to enable the guide option in a menu bar of a Facebook group which allows you to organize all the above-mentioned file formats.
To enable it, go to the Facebook group settings -> Group Type -> Radio click on the ‘social learning’ option. Thus, the guide option will appear in a menu bar by changing the setting to ‘social learning’. Next, you can see the file option in the Facebook group menu bar where you can upload pdf files or create a doc and edit your files like google docs.

How to organize photos on Facebook
To upload your photos click on the media in a menu bar of the Facebook group -> select the option to create an album -> Give a name to your album -> Describe your album-> Upload photos -> Write a description about each photo (it’s optional) -> Then post it. Your album would be saved in the Facebook group which would be ready for reference or to use the uploaded photographs in the future. You can also upload videos, and pdf files and create docs and access it anytime, anywhere, or from any part of the world like cloud storage and are free of cost.
Remember, Facebook is like a borrowed place. Use this platform wisely, otherwise, you may lose the data if they (Facebook) change their policy or block your group under any user violations.
