One should consider it like a disease and treat it through clinical psychology. We can overcome this problem if we know the reasons behind it. As per the Gallup report, 87% of the human race is unhappy. Is it something wrong with evolution? The answer to this question lies in our brains. Your brain is not designed to make you happy. It has only one agenda: survival. Survival grips us in fear. It was needed when humans were hunter-gatherer and the same fear were helping them to save from tiger and snake. Tigers and snakes are no longer around us but evolution left the fear imprinted on our brains. Fear makes us unhappy and it pops up on a daily basis in various forms even today. It’s a mechanism of our brain that wants to analyze the situation and put us in safe mode.

Don’t fall to prey of it.
